8c1d871fa3 - Bump betarel.vers to BETA3. 
- sparc64 builds are still in-progress, so keep the Distribution URL at
  BETA2 temporarily.
- Undo hard-coding of BETA3 for ia64.

8edbf592f1 The 9.0-BETA3 build for ia64 is now available on the ftp sites, so fix 
the broken link by temporarily hard-coding the location in ftp.

While here, add the additional ${ARCH} subdirectory to the path.

b2e0b92185 Announce FreeBSD 9.0-BETA2. 
Since ia64 -BETA2 builds will not be available, temporarily hard-code
the download locations for -BETA1.  Once -BETA3 (or -RC1) is available,
this change can be reverted in where.sgml.

fec76571b3 Update the betarel2 section to reflect the latest updates to betarel by 
adding a leading ${ARCH}/ directory.  While here, get rid of pc98 and add
powerpc64.

This commit does not have any functional change on the site, but rather
than waiting until we do have a betarel2 in progress, just as good to take
care of these changes while I'm here.

b776a66b9d Update the download URLs for i386 and amd64 9.0-BETA. 
Note that as -BETA2 builds are in progress, the Distribution URLs are
still broken because -BETA1 no longer exists on the FTP site.  With this
commit, the ISO URLs are no longer broken until &betarel.vers can be
bumped to -BETA2.
