6fa60155c8 Check in some updates I made to this ages ago which are at least still 
partially applicable.  This does at least remove some mutex flags that
were obsoleted a long, long time ago as well as rename the lockmgr section
to be more generic.

91de00a6de Make the sect2 tags in the documents specific to the key ID. This makes the 
anchor tags in html specific as well. Thanks to blackend for the instructions
on how to do this.

dda3a910f8 Add a section on working with readonly sysclt(8) oids. Use an example which 
I've seen, both on my laptop and in mailing lists.

Fix some spelling errors.  These should be considered whitespace, and should
have been seperated.  However my content change was only in one place so
translators should see this easily.  Sorry in advance.

ca27de94f5 Grrr, the path /pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-stable/packages/All doesn't 
work on ftp.freebsd.org.  Fix for the moment, by pointing to a
directory that does exist: /pub/FreeBSD/ports/packages/All.
This is still hackish though, since it doesn't work for
architectures different than i386, but unbreak the link
I messed up until I write a more verbose part.

45ba1e4cea In port upgrading FAQ: Note that pkg_version(1) in FreeBSD 5.0 and 
later does not (and will not) support the -c option.  One other minor
wording tweak while I'm here.

02c25dba99 "Fix" the FAQ so that it can deal with the concept of two "latest" 
releases of FreeBSD (at the moment, 4.7 and 5.0).

This is a hack.  It really needs to be fixed to be more generalized
and so that this concept can be used in documents other than the FAQ.

But at least for now, we don't say weird things like "5.0-RELEASE is
the latest release from the 4-STABLE branch".
