cf61a4d756 Kris is no longer on the re@ aliases. It was a failed experiment
resulting in email overload for him, and it has proved easier for us
to explicitly email portmgr@ for the small subset of our email load
that is packages-related.

0357a90772 Add skeleton schedule for 4.9. No dates are provided and this is not
connected to the build, it is just here so we can add/modify items on
our checklist based on feedback about 4.8 and 5.1.

b84619dec4 - Overhaul the introduction since 5.0 was released several months ago and
is no longer a future event.
- Change the subsystem locking table to use status entities. Add status to
  items having no status.
- Update a few new and WIP tasks that have been completed in the past six
  months or so.
- Add an item about the p_ucred locking finally being done.
- Add a WIP item about my work in the jhb_proc branch to lock the sigacts
structure and finally get the signal handling code out from under Giant.

b26513aeea Add a busdma man page documentation task; since BUSDMA is now our
required API for accessing DMA in device drivers as of 5.1-RELEASE,
it needs to be properly documented.

1f7de9b340 Document the load/unload problem for interface drivers when the
driver is already statically linked into a kernel; we'd like to
get this fixed for 5.1 since it's easy to bump into and shoot
feet with.

b86bc06c56 Add a ffs_blkfree panic todo list item: we believe it may be fixed,
but have had at least one panic report since the fix was committed,
and so need to watch this carefully. Include a note that this is
considered a "show-stopper" for 5.1-BETA until resolved.
