9b8d8d670e Whitespace fixes: 
- break listitem tags to their own line (down from term tags)
- add an empty line between term and listitem tags
- add an empty line between consecutive varlistentry tags

This change is purely cosmetical to conform to our block element
formatting guidelines layed out in the FDP primer. It also silences
igor(8) in the standard invocation.  Translators can ignore.

8614444d5d Move title tags into their own line and remove preceding empty lines

6e6b4e6e38 Rename PPP and SLIP chapter to PPP.

9867a4cb56 In the preface, correct the example for commands entered at an MS-DOS 
prompt - throughout the rest of the handbook, the device used is C:\ and
not E:\.

e9f9eac516 Reorder two chapters in the index of the preface chapter - 8.x should come 
after 9.x and now the chapter numbers are in the correct order.

b4cf41b730 Remove the vinum chapter. It has been surpassed by other solutions from 
GEOM and ZFS.  The existing version is archived in
http://docs.freebsd.org/doc/ . Illustration images in
doc/share/images/books/handbook/vinum/ remain, as they are used by

71682c57b3 Merge the Updating chapter into the Cutting Edge chapter, and rename the 
new chapter "Updating and Upgrading FreeBSD."

Update other chapters to reference the new chapter name.

While here, add Audit chapter to the preface section.

eeba707191 Attach the "virtualization" chapter to the Handbook preface. The text I 
added is really short, so we may have to expand it a bit as the chapter
grows to include more content, but it should do for now.
