f5a0529523 Update locations of recently moved ports, like portupgrade, portaudit or

written, but are not constantly updated like the rest of our documentation.

220a62c3da http://fastdiscs.com/freebsd/ has been failing to load for at 
least a month now.  I haven't had a chance to contact them by
phone, but remove their entry for now.  When/if I can speak with
someone over there and see why this mirror is failing, we can
ressurect this entry.

6b21228d3a Move down a note for a better rendering in a subsection layout. For 
simplification and better rendering, remove a mkdir command line
example since the directory creation is already clearly mentioned in
the text.

832342b0d0 Don't use tag <filename> for net/cvsup-without-gui. This tag is changed to reference to pkg-descr file of the port during the building. net/cvsup-without-gui doesn't have pkg-descr file

b08147b526 Add a little note about creating /usr/ports when using portsnap

95f0f693ab s/tool/system to avoid redundancy between "utility" and "tool". I'm not 
sure about the redundancy but since one person (simon@) seen it, it may be
real.
