bb8566a540 The web mirror list now only contains TRUE mirror URLs. Links to 
"native" language resources are now on the support page.

This will facilitate independent language and mirror selection for
those languages mirrored from www.freebsd.org (currently only
Japanese).

735edad557 Fine tune some wording. 
Rearrange some sections.
Improve the look-and-feel for Lynx.
Make it almost compliant with HTML 4.0 (I have to figure out some javascript
stuff to make it completly compliant, then the home page can be automagically
validated like the rest of the pages.)

Anyone know anything about www3, www4, and www5?

For other countries with multiple mirrors, qualifiers more
meaningful than "1" "2" and "3" would be welcome.
