6e52ce9878 - Remove the references to gallery/gallery.html which are just indirect 
references, to the real commercial/personal/non-profit galleries; we
  already have references to the real gallery pages.

cddf9f0c02 - Correct URL to NetBeans. 
- Add the IDE's Eclipse and IDEA.
- mm.mysql is now called MySQL Connector/J, and maintained directly by
  MySQL, so link to MySQL Connector/J instead of mm.mysql.
- Add MySQL trademark symbol.
- Resurrect 'The JavaComm API' link, with a link to the webpage for the
  port.

d6341aee21 Use advisories.xml to generate a list of the advisories. The security 
officer no longer needs to update both of security.sgml and advisories.xml
