d5d26e5328 Move the discussion about CVSup out of the cutting-edge chapter and into
the "Obtaining FreeBSD" appendix.

This is a straight cut-n-paste of the affected information. However, in
its original location it was "<sect 2>", now it's "<sect1>", so all the
sectional elements have to upgraded by one.

A few references to "cvsup" as a link target were updated to "mirrors-cvsup"
as well.

Still based on work submitted by Eric Ogren, just broken down a little more.

d3d532c64f * RCS Date string in <date>
* Add year to

* Explain how you can use CVSup to download the PR database, and then
teach a local copy of GNATS about the files you've installed, to make
it easier to query them without being online all the time.

Prompted by Warner's query on -committers last month. Doing this is
actually fairly trivial, but I figure a lot of you'll benefit from it.

* Change some &prompt.user; to &prompt.root; (as far as I can see, you
need to run the commands as root).

* Update a link to point to the Porter's Handbook.

1cfbd34891 Cut and paste the section dealing with CTM from synching/chapter.sgml in to
mirrors/chapter.sgml, as part of the appendix.

Translators: Do this by cutting everything inside '<sect2 id="ctm">' from
cutting-edge/chapter.sgml to mirrors/chapter.sgml. Then, each sectional
element in the cut-pasted section has to be promoted up a level (i.e., <sect3>
becomes <sect2>, and so on. Oh, and the contents of the
has changed
as well.

We're going to be doing the same thing to the other sections explaining
how to run CVSup and AnonCVS, and move them in to the "Getting FreeBSD"
Appendix. This is part of a larger reorganisation of
cutting-edge/chapter.sgml.

This is very heavily based on work submitted by Eric Ogren
<eogren@earthlink.net>, all I'm doing is breaking his changes down in to
smaller chunks to make it easier for the translators.

4660d5bf5f Actually, the PORTNAME/VERSION pair for es is es/0.9b1, not es-0.9/b1
as stated in the examples here. Naturally, both are wrong. Change
the example to 0.9.b1.

Also, use "
(empty)
" consistently since "

"
turns into

in html which w3m renders poorly.
