a9bf9d5689 Add a link to the DTrace Guide from Illumos. An update 
to this guide was announced today and we did not yet
have a link in our own docs.  The Guide is the best place
for new DTrace users to start learning about how to use it.

cc53e3874a Move the word "debug" behind the ELF acronym. According to trhodes, the 
sections mentioned in that sentence are debug sections.
With that change, the sentence makes a lot more sense than before.

71682c57b3 Merge the Updating chapter into the Cutting Edge chapter, and rename the 
new chapter "Updating and Upgrading FreeBSD."

Update other chapters to reference the new chapter name.

While here, add Audit chapter to the preface section.

1a43757747 Fix some minor problems in DTrace chapter, found during its translation 
earlier:
- CTF stands for "Compact C Type Format" and not for "Compressed" [1]
- Optimize <ulink> elements
- Correct <screen> elements
- Add a missing <acronym> markup for CTF
- Mark up read() system call with <function>

a8e6fa3372 Add a chapter documenting DTrace. Covers differences between FreeBSD DTrace 
and Solaris DTrace, getting it up and running, and using.  Not yet connected
to the build.
