7dcb656a39 This experimental commit removes all $FreeBSD$ strings from the FDP 
Primer because these continually-changing strings interfere with PO
translations.  They text version in the file is also potentially
inaccurate.  The FreeBSD=%H property has also been removed from these
files, although without $FreeBSD$ strings, it has no effect.  The
fbsd:nokeywords property has been set to "yes" to allow the commit.

NO INFORMATION HAS BEEN LOST.  The version control information is stored
in the metadata and can be retrieved with 'svn info [file]'.

3062276fef Add a skeletally brief overview of the FORMATS variable and actually show how 
to build an output file.  Both of these are things might be of more than
academic value to someone working on the documentation.

e140896ec8 Escape <, >, &'s, plus some cleanups against the SGML. There should not 
be any content changes involved in this commit, however, localization
teams are encouraged to catch up with this change.

9e1d1c1566 Except for some rare cases, always use punctuation to finish a 
sentence at the end of a paragraph so that the readers don't think
that some text is missing.

Consistently use colons to finish sentences introductory to examples.

2e3f17940f Bring in a chapter about the doc build process. This has been hanging 
around my tree for ages, and I've lost the details from the original
submitter.  I *think* it was Neil Blakey-Milner <nbm@mithrandr.moria.org>
but I could be wrong.
