7ff208f437 Add some settings for the newest version of dblatex. The doc build can 
once again use dblatex, but the formatting still needs work.  To use,
switch to the document directory and
  make FORMATS=pdf RENDERENGINE=dblatex

ef8b01d795 Update the disk organization section of the very old Basics chapter. 
This chapter referred to images from the retired Install chapter, which
were missing from the Makefile.  Some of the information was out of
date.  The original disk organization diagram had been created in an
application that has not existed for over a decade, so I wrote a new
diagram in PostScript.  This addresses the PR below.  This needs to be
extended to add a GPT version.

fed721c589 Move the ports INDEX fetch functionality from webupdate.wrapper 
to webupdate to fix the weekly clean build failures.

When fullbuild-clean.flag exists, all of the trees are removed
and checked out cleanly.  This happens after the INDEX-${INDEXNUM}
is fetched, so when the build enters the htdocs/ports/ directory,
the INDEX-${INDEXNUM} no longer exists.
