Long ago, someone (me?) mislabed the ports collection as
...
"Application Software", which is far too general a category. Rectify
that error. If someone someday wants to resurrect "Application Software"
as a new top level page with pointers to the ports collection,
commercial software, related software packages, etc.,
I certainly won't object! For now, however...

Made mailing addresses consistent with the handbook.
E.g:
