cc0b9558ac Update information about upgrade packages as according to PW. Move 3.x
into the "officially unsupported" list of branches. Note that XFree86
newer than 3.3.6 may not work with some ports in addition to older.

083a358c20 Finally nuke all older 2.2.x & 3.x "upgrade kits" as they are completely
useless these days. Clarify usage of the current upgrade kits. Add
missing </p> tags.

Remove ${.CURDIR} added at previous commit (nbm) because it seems this is
not necessary and mismatched with argument of .include directive.

fbca680c07 First (and very minor) changes on the way to make the www build
obj-clean.

This basically entails putting ${.CURDIR} in front of the occasional
source file, script, or directory.

Also adds '.include <bsd.obj.mk>' to web.mk so 'make obj' works.

Change gencommercial script to take a '-s' flag pointing to the source
directory, and the portindex script to take an optional additional
parameter indicating the source directory.

Add -D ${.CURDIR} to sgmlformat to follow includes properly.

f32bd3a3f0 Try to solve a chicken-egg problem:
Makefile first includes Makefile.gen and then
regenerate Makefile.gen - but it don't read Makefile.gen again.
If the contents of the old and the new Makefile.gen differs
make may fail.

This happens if a category disappeared from INDEX (e.g. a typo in
CATEGORY variable). The Makefile try to build the old
category.sgml file which is no longer available.
