6b7da29afb Split the link to the german mirror site into two links, one for the

2d0b664dc7 For auditors, sync to latest roster and start using the fancier tables 
generated by jmb's little TCL script.  Now you can just click on categories
or auditor/reviewers to email them.

Incorporate comments from Keith Bostic on security, point to AUSCERT's
Unix Security Checklist.

f9541b17b3 Long ago, someone (me?) mislabed the ports collection as 
"Application Software", which is far too general a category.  Rectify
that error.  If someone someday wants to resurrect "Application Software"
as a new top level page with pointers to the ports collection,
commercial software, related software packages, etc.,
I certainly won't object!  For now, however...

93cbd5ab56 Reflect recent 2.1.6 security concerns on the web pages. 
1) Made a short /releases/2.1.6R/security.sgml.
   2) 2.1.6R links to ftp.freebsd.org gets the above file instead.

972e8cd00a State that (Net|Open)BSD are 4.4BSD derivatives, but don't speculate 
on their relationship to each other.  Accounts of the latter can be
found at their respective web sites.
