5a4f7e0a30 Add a new file, 'newbies.sgml', containing Sue Blake's "Resources for 
Newies", as she doesn't have the resources to continue hosting it -- it
also makes it easier for others to add to it as appropriate.

Update the Makefile to list the file, and support.sgml with the new link
to newbies.html.

This also marks my first commit since I was hit by RSI almost six weeks
ago. My appreciation to everyone in the FreeBSD community who wished me
well, and understood why I didn't immediately write back to them :-)

aebb562e12 Move the section referencing the -questions list ahead of the section 
referencing the -doc list in an attempt to encourage people to
	send -questions to -questions.
Remove the reference to freebsd-info@FreeBSD.ORG until it actually
	does something.

04cae3637f Replace the input text box for max. search results with a select 
box.

This change reduce the numbers of input fields from 2 to 1. Many
browers accept a simple 'return' in the search field (instead
pressing submit button) for starting searching if there is only one
input text box.

A link to your ports is simple, e.g.

<a href="http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi?stype=maintainer&query=eserte">
eserte's FreeBSD ports</a>.

(replace 'eserte' with your email name).
