8c7908a600 Create thumbnails of the screenshots to cut down on the load time for 
the screenshot index page.  Also, remove the GNOME 2.0b5 screenshot as
we are now at GNOME 2.0.2 Final.

c35b785748 Commit the HTML rendition (and "glue" pages) of the 4.7-RELEASE 
release documentation, in advance of the release.  Not hooked up to
the Web site build, nor visible from any Web pages yet.

These files may be regenerated before the release date if required.

1bc7b4db03 o Change all Portuguese entries to Brazilian Portuguese since they 
are related to pt_BR not pt_PT even though both are still Portuguese.
  This follows the doc repo pt_BR.ISO8859-1 naming trend. Reorder

09c8d6bcd7 Add UFS2 boot issue to the required feature list for 5.0. Tentatively 
assign ownership of this task to green@ and phk@ since they've both done
some work in this space.  Note that UFS2 boots fine on sparc64, the
problems seem to arise from a combination of large boot block issues
and emulated instruction problems on i386.

80b3ca6b3b Update and rearrange page. Move tax info section further up, so 
people actually see it.  Remove info saying that "more info is
pending", as much of it's already here.

This commit commits the heinous sin of mixing whitespace and content
changes, but nobody has translated it yet, so it's moot.

Next stop: the donations acknowledgements page.

eae76d4625 GNOME is more than just the desktop. The reason we want to run portupgrade 
on pkgconfig is not not only upgrade the desktop, but all the GNOME 2 (and
