42bf2659eb Remove the article ("The") from the recently-added a.bugbusters entry 
to make it consistent with the rest of the entries.  (This avoids
odd-looking output in sentences of the form "Joe sent email to
&a.bugbusters;.").

536cf1f77b Assume maintainership of the Developer's Handbook (was asmodai). I 
have by far made the most commits to this document, and I have some
ideas about splitting out the kernel content into a seperate book.
The scope of this document is too large.

0bf87d66b4 New FAQ: "How do I contribute to FreeBSD?" Answer with a pointer to 
the "How to Contribute" article.

Strangely, this has never made it into the FAQ before... we have
specific variants, i.e., "How to contribute kernel extensions", but
nothing on generically contributing.  This should probably supplant
more specific FAQs.

aea2cec472 Massive whitespace diff: replacing leading 8-space chunks with tabs. 
No content changes.

The spaces were actually causing some minor formatting bugs (i.e., the
word "Staples" being set off towards the middle of the page).  While
I'm fixing that, fix them all.

60c2283e72 Change the <filename role="package"> example to make it clear in the 
rendered version that "net/ethereal" (the example port) is a port.
I.e., change "Install net/ethereal" to "Install the net/ethereal
port".  I think this is how it should be done.  Nothing about
"net/ethereal" (or any other port described in this way) makes it
clear that this is indeed a port.  We can see that from the source,
but to a new user reading the rendered version it's a mystery.
