Reason:  The "website" does not provide any information at all.  It consists only of
an email form.  So there is no way to verify what it is about ...

1788f1f556 Remove Fultus from the "misc" list: 
- The FreeBSD documentation they are offering is in no way up-to-date.  Downloadable version of the Handbuch for example covers FreeBSD
4.6/5.X ...
- The online version of the handbook is also outdated and "consists" mostly of server error messages.

Conclusion:
It does not make sense to point to an external site for online FreeBSD documentation.  Always point users to http://www.FreeBSD.org for
up-to-date documentation.  Because only here we have full control about what is offered to users.

ee5776943f Remove CATC from our hardware vendor list. The company has been taken over by LeCroy in 2004 and there is no indication of FreeBSD 
activity on their webpage since.
