a38313ad0b Final pass at making things right, because I didn't check properly. 
Update all url's from the first commit that I did today to have
a space before the <link> and remove the space from within the link
so that it just looks good.

b9fcc3d59c Update Question 18.16: 
- Restrict the question and answer to i386
- Remove description of the original hack since changing the size of
  kernel address space is much easier these days (fortunately)
- Mention KVA value for PAE
- Add ZFS as a possible cause of doing this (stolen from the wiki)
