3a6361c32c The Handbook conversion has changed the names of some of the generated 
HTML files (not all of them, just some of them).

Fix up the broken references to point to the correct files.

This has not touched the release notes in releases/*/*.  I'm not sure
whether they should remain as historical record of what was shipped or
not.  About 5 of them now have a couple of broken links each, which will
be trivial to fix.

d1e625440c Added a link to my page about the FreeBSD-UK meet in Oxford. Includes 
pictures. Quick, find out what I look like before one of the cvs-meisters
removes it on grounds of good taste.

d433577198 Use cvsup(1) to mirror the web pages. 
Rsync(1) will still work for mirroring, but it is not recommended
and documented anymore.

e9d49b4934 In http://www.freebsd.org/internal/mirror.html we say to get the 
rsync_client from minnie.cs.adfa.oz.au.  This hasn't been necessicary for
a long time as these patches were brought into our port of Rsync a long
time ago.
