e08a88833c Point at the netperf project page on the SMPng page. Also point at 
my personal Netperf web page.

Link to various and sundry relevant SMP related man pages, in
particular, kernel threading, synchronization, etc.

f9cef78af1 Remove the 8 receptacle power controller and the 8 port console server.
