1df8c0dd28 Force NO_TIDY for the ports web pages, since it takes a long time to 
run tidy on these huge HTML files, and the files are valid HTML when
generated by portindex, even without tidy.

Running without tidy caused the build time to go from ~8 minutes to ~1
minute on my test machine.  An additional bonus is that the generated
HTML files are now significantly smaller.

The PCMCIA standard arrived in the mail today, so remove that as well.

f209b175c4 Mention that U1E and U2 machines now have a supported SCSI controller, 
so they can be dropped from the "netboot only" section.

11d754a08c Daniel yesterday handed me the DS10 DIMMs here at EuroBSDcon2004. 
He also paid our beers but I am not certain that qualifies as a donation
to the Project or not so I left it out of the commit.
