38c570d92b The DocBook Handbook has changed the names of some of the generated HTML
files.  Update links to the Handbook in the FAQ to take account of this.

59446451cd Add note that the PS/2 mouse driver, psm, is enabled in the GENERIC kernel
by default in the latest versions (2.2.6 and 3.0-CURRENT).
