d7fbfcb54f - Fix the ln instruction in portbuild.sh to DTRT. 
- Deprecate /tmp/blah.core for kern.corefile.  This is almost always
  the Wrong Thing, since /tmp is usually an md.
- Drop the modifications to usr/local/etc/rc.d/squid, and move them
  into /etc/rc.conf instead.
- Fix markup for the usr2 citations.

4099f35796 Start a long-overdue overhaul. Reflect the coming de-orbit burn of 6, 
and the move to 8 as the new -stable.  Document the new 'build create'
command.  Update options for kernel config for package build nodes,
including pointing out which options are mandatory.

default and we have -nodistfiles

ad238f8773 Note that -distfiles should be the default for package builds now that 
we have enough disk space.

While here, remove 6.1, 6.2, and 5.x from various examples, and note
that we are no longer building ia64 packages.

96eb6af541 With input from kris, substanatially overhaul this article. Reflect the 
discontinuation of 4.X and alpha packages; document the few times that
full builds are done; document what you need to do with incomplete or
failed builds; better document how to interrupt a build; add writeups
for the new status scripts; and add a section on Dealing With Build Errors.

60e7530a13 Note that 6-exp is added as the default "experimental" ports build 
branch, replacing 5-exp.  4-exp has been deleted.  While here, fix
some other minor errors.

More changes will be forthcoming in the next few days.

cc122dc67e State that 5-exp is now the default testbench, not 4-exp. State that the 
docs tree is no longer required.  While here, fix copyright and typos.
