ec0957f0ea Remove reference to California Polytechnic State University, the link is 
dead.  Although I found other links that provide this information I am
not sure whether we can use them and/or whether they are allowed to host
the information.

d41b3b2685 Remove anoncvs.de.freebsd.org from the anoncvs list. It no longer 
resolves (anoncvs2.de.freebsd.org does still resolve).
