edafad6a69 Eliminate erroneous role="directory" attributes from <filename> elements

a3e2b9875f A major revamp of the website build procedure in fdp-primer: 
- Added a simple method using csup instead of keeping a local CVS repo
- Introduce working examples of supfiles for use with both csup and CVSup
- Fixed the command line options in 'cvs co' to avoid problems with the build
- Updated the free disk space requirements for a website build
- Clear up use of DESTDIR to avoid problems when installing the build

f5a0529523 Update locations of recently moved ports, like portupgrade, portaudit or 
portlint.  I have retained their historical locations in papers which got
written, but are not constantly updated like the rest of our documentation.

9e1d1c1566 Except for some rare cases, always use punctuation to finish a 
sentence at the end of a paragraph so that the readers don't think
that some text is missing.

Consistently use colons to finish sentences introductory to examples.

92cb93a0b9 Do not use /handbook to link to the Handbook, since some of these 
links are broken now that /handbook is a redirection to the real
location of the Handbook at /doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook.

c4ab126805 My primer for people new to the Doc. Proj. Incomplete, but should be 
enough for most people, and gets it into the repository, making it
easier for others to add to as necessary.

This has not (yet) been turned on in the upper level Makefile or
listed on the web site yet, I want to get some more feedback
from readers first.  It should be "made visible" later this week.
