ae40fc5ff3 . Update to note that the FreeBSD Foundation provided binaries are

21c7d49fc5 Update the status of the branches prior to this page being cited 
in the 9.0-RELEASE announcement.  While here shift to SVN-speak
for references to source tree branches of things with major version
number >=9 to note the point we shifted to release builds being
done from the SVN repository instead of the CVS repository.

a4066fed91 - Update where.html with the 9.0-RELEASE download URLs 
- Add a third 'u.rel' entity for supporting three releases
- Update index.xsl with these changes, but keep 9.0-RELEASE commented out
  since the announcement URL will be broken

770b5d4838 Note the arrival of a Sun v210 'flame' for general developer access. [1] 
Note the retirement of the last of the HP blades.  They served us well
for a long time but finally gave in to disk failure and obsolescence.

5f9cf7f60a In accordance with the "at least 3 months to transition to a newer release" 
policy, move the EoL for 8.2-RELEASE back to the end of July.  (Hopefully
8.3-RELEASE will be out before the end of April...)
