4b8694958c The install notes were removed from 7.0 onwards in favour of the handbook,

1ed254c771 Clarify some EoL policies. In particular, we extend EoLs as needed to 
allow a few months between a new release coming out and an old release
hitting its EoL.

Add FreeBSD 7.1-RELEASE.
