41f1a1368c Remove ftp2.it.FreeBSD.org, which I added in rev. 1.247 along with 
the rest of the sites gathered from the DNS zonefiles.  It seems
that this mirror either does not exist any longer, or has never
really existed except as a DNS address record.

9ad4236250 Add a warning about always updating the ports-base subcollection 
whenever any part of the Ports Collection is updated to the CVSup
chapter of the Handbook.

Add a similar Q&A to the 'User Applications' section of the FAQ,
with the answer referencing the warning in the Handbook.

232c01b2e1 Remove cvsup18.freebsd.org. I have a report that the site is 
out-of-date.  Maintainer mail bounces.  Maintainer is unresponsive
to freebsd-hubs@ mail.  Nobody seems to know anything at all about
this site.
