a13282f968 Push the 7.1 EoL back to the end of February since (a) I didn't notice 
that it was coming and didn't send out the traditional heads-up emails,
and (b) this allows people to upgrade directly from 7.1 to 7.4.

dddd7732b1 - add two new entries that I have received 
- fix some whitespace issues

There are no more reports coming from other people that I know of, so I
believe this is mostly the final version.  Anyone is now free to
check for spelling/grammar errors now.

FreeBSD 8.0 has also reached its EoL.
