2b0fce7c10 As part of my cleanup for the commercial gallery: 
o Remove the A Priori entry.

The entry returns a "Index for /" reply when you surf to the
URL. When trying to contact the original submitted a user unknown is
returned.

b610cea5bc Modify the entries.dtd so that we can make lint happy.

o Make the <url> tag optional.

Fix the software.xml file so that lint is happy:
