Add information to release schedule :
...
FreeBSD 4.6.1 - currently scheduled for 10 days from now. We will
provide a full FTP release with updated SSH, BIND, partial ATA fix,
and other changes from the RELENG_4_6 release branch.
FreeBSD 5.0 DP2 - We need more time for KSE to settle -- bump date to
July 25, 2002. We will again do our RE work in Perforce to minimize
the impact to -CURRENT developers.

Add a table to the releng page listing the code-freeze status of the

we create, freeze, or unfreeze a branch.
