.Fn pthread_setspecific
関数は、
.Fn pthread_key_create
を以前に呼び出して入手した
.Fa key
に、スレッドに固有な値を関連させます。別のスレッドでは、同じキーに
別の値を結び付けられます。この値は、呼び出しスレッドでの使用に予約した、
ダイナミックに割り振られたメモリのブロックを指すポインタであることが
一般的です。

で入手していないキー値で、または
.Fn pthread_key_delete
で

を削除した後で
.Fn pthread_setspecific
を呼び
出すと、結果は不定になります。

.Fn pthread_setspecific
は、スレッドに固有なデータの破壊関数で呼び
出されることがありますが、このように呼び出されると、記憶域が失われたり無限
ループに陥ったりすることがあります。
