関数は、指定された出力のバッファにあるすべてのデータの書込み、
またはストリームの基礎となる書込み関数による

の更新を強制的に実行します。ストリームのオープンステータスは変化しません。

出力ストリームの場合は、書き込まれていない出力が破棄されます。
入力ストリームの場合は、基礎となるオブジェクトから読み込まれたが、

で入手されていない入力が破棄されます。これには、

でプッシュバックされたテキストも含まれます。
