Michael Lucas 1afa61544b Whitespace only change, translators please ignore. 
The FAQ was full of lines longer than 80 characters, lines broken into
two chunks of 45 characters, irregularly wrapped, sections mis-spaced,
and so on.

These are all fixed.

I avoided all the code listings of course, so as to not screw up
formatting.

Tested by: make, re-reading the whole FAQ
