- Move includes.nav*.sgml to share/sgml/navibar.ent and
   <lang>/share/sgml/navibar.l10n.ent.

 - Move includes.sgml and includes.xsl to
   share/sgml/common.ent, share/sgml/header.ent, <lang>/share/sgml/l10n.ent,
   and <lang>/share/sgml/header.l10n.ent.

 - Move most of XSLT libraries to share/sgml/*.xsl and
   <lang>/share/sgml/*.xsl.

 - Move news.xml and other *.xml files for the similar purpose
   to share/sgml/*.xml and <lang>/share/sgml/*.xml.

 - Switch to use a custom DTD for HTML document.  Now we use
   "-//FreeBSD//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional-Based Extension", which is
   HTML 4.01 + some entities previously pulled via
   "<!ENTITY % includes SYSTEM "includes.sgml"> %includes;" line.
   The location of entity file will be resolved by using catalog file.

 - Add DOCTYPE declearation to XML documents.  This makes the followings
   possible:

   * Use of &foo; entities for SGML in an XML file instead of defining
     {$foo} as the same content.

   * &symbolic; entities for Latin characters.

 - Duplicated information between SGML and XML, or English and
   translated doc, has been removed as much as possible.

<p>Chaque distribution de FreeBSD inclut plusieurs fichiers
de documentation d&eacute;crivant les particularit&eacute;s de la distribution (RELEASE,
SNAPSHOTs, etc.). Ces fichiers sont typiquement les suivants :</p>
<ul>
<li>README : Introduction g&eacute;n&eacute;rale.</li>
<li>Notes de version : Informations sur les diff&eacute;rences avec
la version pr&eacute;c&eacute;dente de FreeBSD.</li>
<li>Notes sur la compatibilit&eacute; mat&eacute;riel : Une liste de mat&eacute;riel fonctionnant avec
FreeBSD.</li>
<li>Instructions d'installation : un bref descriptif de l'installation
de FreeBSD.</li>
<li>Errata : Les toutes derni&egrave;res informations, les correctifs,
les avis de s&eacute;curit&eacute; ainsi que les &eacute;ventuels probl&egrave;mes mis au jour apr&egrave;s
chaque version.</li>
</ul>
<p>Les fichiers Release Notes, Hardware Notes et Installation
Instructions sont sp&eacute;cifiques &agrave; chaque type d'architecture
support&eacute;e par FreeBSD.</p>
<h2>Versions RELEASE de FreeBSD</h2>
<p>Les fichiers de RELEASE pour chaque version de FreeBSD
(par exemple, &rel.current;-RELEASE) peuvent &ecirc;tre consult&eacute;s
sur cette <a href="releases/index.html">page</a> du site
web de FreeBSD ainsi que sur les serveurs miroirs.</p>
<p>Ces fichiers (g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement aux formats Texte et HTML) sont
disponibles &agrave; la racine de chaque distribution (que ce soit
sur le CD-ROM, sur le site FTP ou sur les disquettes d'installation).
<h2>Instantan&eacute;s FreeBSD</h2>
<p>Les fichiers de documentation pour les instantan&eacute;s sont
disponibles &agrave; la racine du r&eacute;pertoire de
l'instantan&eacute;.</p>
<h2>Documentation pour -CURRENT et -STABLE</h2>
<p>Des versions HTML auto-g&eacute;n&eacute;r&eacute;es des fichiers de documentation
"release" pour FreeBSD -CURRENT et -STABLE sont
disponibles sur le site web FreeBSD. Ces fichiers &eacute;voluent
en permanence; ils sont mis &agrave; jour en m&ecirc;me temps que l'actualisation
du site web.</p>
