Giorgos Keramidas 068d3fb69c Revert revision 1.54.
% Add entry for the Broome County BSD Users' Group (Northeastern
% Pennsylvania and Southern Teir of New York).

There was not enough interest to make BC BUG viable, so Eric has
asked me to remove the usergroup entry.
