Nik Clayton 5a4f7e0a30 Add a new file, 'newbies.sgml', containing Sue Blake's "Resources for ... Newies", as she doesn't have the resources to continue hosting it -- it also makes it easier for others to add to it as appropriate. Update the Makefile to list the file, and support.sgml with the new link to newbies.html. This also marks my first commit since I was hit by RSI almost six weeks ago.
