Nik Clayton 60dfe245a4 Whitespace clean up only, to make it clearer to see how the files are laid ... out, and spot inconsistencies. By God that was painful. And I'm not finished yet -- this commit just gets the files into a semblence of order. Now I have to go through them excising all the dodgy HTML practices, and doing a consistency check. Argh!
