1.29  -> 1.30	Makefile
	1.93  -> 1.94	book.sgml
	1.8   -> 1.9	chapters.ent
	1.5   -> 1.6	mailing-lists.ent

o Add a new translation and activate it:

	(based on 1.4)	sound/chapter.sgml
