Nik Clayton 324f84d204 LIB_IMAGES -> IMAGES_LIB, to be consistent with IMAGES_PNG and IMAGES_EPS ... Extend the image support. Now handles the "install" part for HTML, PS, and PDF, as well as packaging. Better support for images in the PDF output.
