Nielsen deee4063fe Add a make variable WITH_WWW_FREEBSD_ORG_BASE which overrides the base ... variable to point to http://www.FreeBSD.org/ - This is very useful for when you e.g. are building part of the website, like we do for http://security.FreeBSD.org/, and do not want broken links.
