This license is itself licensed under a custom license encouraging derivatives with different names and allowing free use otherwise for the sake of allowing creative adjustments while avoiding confusion. Please use the "+" at the end (like: NPLv4+) to allow future license revisions to apply.

Notes:

  • Highly recommended to upgrade to at least version 3. A critical typo in section 1a was fixed.
