98a877d32c 52968: use pdfroff to create intro.pdf 
roff2ps is removed in groff-1.23.0 (Jul. 2023). The "doubled output"
problem was fixed in groff-1.22.3 (Nov. 2014).

The array is already sorted correctly in the completer so I don't see
any need to have the completion sort it again anyway.
