Update Question 3.8:

- Mark up directory "tools" with <filename>
- Mark up sysinstall(8) item with <guimenuitem> a &gui.yes;
- Mark up Partition Editor keys with <keycap>
- Mark up FreeBSD Boot Manager with <application>
