Using html2text works much much better for Greek plain text

Browse source 
output, than the default links(1)-based conversion.  Now I can
actually read Greek in `article.txt' and `book.txt' files.

Inspired from:	    doc/zh_CN.GB2312/share/mk/doc.local.mk
