0df663f8f5 Replace a (broken) link to ../handbook/staff.html with 
../doc/en/articles/contributers/index.html.  This isn't as
appropriate, but it's better than getting a 404.

b7cf1bf61d Fix cross-site scripting vulnerablity. 
This problem was reported at www.jp.FreeBSD.org, which uses the
(almost) same CGI script as www.FreeBSD.org.
