caca5fd3fe Continue the de-orbit burn of cvs support: the flags change e.g. from 
-nocvs to -novcs.  This does not yet remove all the cvs references here.

1ec9d97bef Completely overhaul the "new head node" section, based on an install 
from scratch done here in Austin.

I am aware that there are various sins in the markup and whitespace.
These will be fixed with subsequent commits.

0ed9b920bf Refactor the "new branch" and "new arch" sections into pre- and post- 
qmanager-startup.  This is needed for the rewrite of the "new pointyhat"
section that will be committed next.

I am aware that this commit breaks whitespace; this is done simply for
diff reduction.

d83c486ad3 - make the "new arch" section reflect reality. 
- remove the pathname for qmanager invocations.  What
   was there was only true for the old codebase.

 - tune up the "required ports for a head node" section.

7e74462824 Hah ha, you thought there was really a -plistcheck. Nope, it's spelled 
-noplistcheck; checking plist is the default.

I can't even guess how long this has been the case.

71ae0c65a2 Note that -trybroken without -fetch-original is kind of silly. You will 
get false positives for "now builds" for things that are just fetching
from a mirror.
