aba07ba5de New set of ssh-keys for the cluster machines. The signature on the 
file is from so@.  We dropped the SSHv1 info as well as adding or
otherwise adjusting the existing machine info (couple new machines,
plus ref4 wound up rebuilt and we didn't have access to the old
machine's SSH info any more).

* Support for patches to be applied automatically.
* Acknowledge that we're currently testing 2.7, not 2.8.
* Various formatting and string tweaks.
* Use a slightly better logic for clearing out stale patches.

* Add a mechanism to skip running cvsup.
* 4-STABLE caveat tweaks.

3739fbfe85 Feature merge from development version. 
* Introduce WATCH_BUILD environment variable which, if set, causes
  build output to be shown in real-time (as opposed to just directed
  into a logfile).
* Ensure xorg X is updated as well as XFree86 X.
* Fix a logic bug that caused the script's version number to be passed
  to portupgrade a ridiculous number of times.

8a4063e29b Break out PREEMPTION and SMP stability parts of the general stability 
task into two separate items now that the resolutions are becoming
more clear.  Note the current condition of pth.

Move the in6_pcbnotify() item from "show stopper" to "testing" since
the fix is merged.

Add a TODO item for the routing socket netisr concerns.  Note that some
changes have been committed, but will need to be merged after testing.

2795816ecc Note that a patch for in6pcb crashes with TCP on in6_pcbnotify() has 
been merged to HEAD, and is on the RELENG_5 merge path following a few
days of testing.

Note that the poll() wedging may have been eliminated by recent sleepq
changes, but it's unclear.  More broad testing is required.

f3212a5726 Annotate several known nits in RELENG_5/HEAD that need to be fixed for 
5.3-RELEASE:

- NFS over IPv6 still broke.
- in6_pcbnotify() panic with TCP (patch in hand).
- poll()/select() wedge reports with debug.mpsafenet=1.
- ether_input() having entropy harvesting problems.

Also seen:

- ATA timeout reports.
- Synaptics problems.

1103a53751 Make sure to test the pixelsize font property when setting conditional 
antialiasing.  If this is not done, certain applications (e.g. Mozilla and
gnome-terminal) may not honor antialiasing settings.

8050e7b441 Fix three broken links in the report. This file is mixed XML/HTML so 
I think multiple submitters were a bit confused.  Everything inside
the <body> tag is just pure HTML that is not processed by report.xsl,
so one should use <a href=".." in there instead of <url link="..".

212d517089 The GCC import is done, hurray! Thanks for the weeks of work by Alexander 
Kabaev, we all owe him a hard liquor drink of his choosing.  This removes the
GCC 'Must Have' item and moves the 'GCC floating point misalignment' 'Must Fix'
item to the QA section.  Again, we are making progress!

4ad53f07f0 - Split text & html output in two separate functions. 
- Use a <table> to align data for HTML output similar to the one used by
  CVSweb to list directory contents.  This helps the eye to pick the
  right line to click on when picking PRs to read from a long list.
