f2ecbddc60 Add a link for upcoming releases that we want tested. 
New test "releases" should have their version numbers bumped in
share/sgml/includes.release.*, and the whole thing is easily
turn-off-and-on-able via knobs in the same files.

d5e9a8d8a7 Add the Handbook to the shortcuts list on the front page so users 
don't first have to click through the 'Documentation' second level
page.

Make room for it by removing the link to the platforms page, which is
already linked to from another part of the front page.

b387b66c9c "Gallery" as a keyword is pretty meaningless and we don't have one any 
more; remove it from the META keywords and add "Ports" instead, which we
do have (and which are a major plus for the project).

3cb4b2fa46 Introduce a new entity, cgibase, which points at where our CGI scripts 
can be found, i.e., http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi at the moment.

This allows for easier pre-commit testing of CGI scripts, and avoids
SNAFUs with an incorrect URL being committed, as has happened a couple
of times recently.

en/ should be fully converted with this commit; other languages need to
be updated, but are in mid merge molasses at present so I have not
touched them.

f03c6de3ab Note that <ds> sent me a replacement SGI motherboard long since, and 
add him to the donor page (yet again!).

Remove some other want list items that are no longer relevant or
required.

Add a new wantlist item: since I no longer work for NAI/McAfee/SPARTA,
I no longer have a notebook to use on travel.  As such, I'm looking
for one.  Ideally with a service plan that covers three continents :-).

526e1e8250 Remove the old register script. It is no longer used within our website 
and all the translations caught up. Except for es/support.sgml and
es/publish.sgml, but they are old. This also fixes a cleanup for
ceri which he started long time ago.

6ff82c2bce Only build English and Japanese version of the website. As other 
translations are converted they should be added back here.  I think
Spanish, French, and German are close so I hope we can go live with at
least 4-5 languages.

a28c4d1ff1 Fix events creation by properly generating curdate.xml file which the 
XSLT script needs to reason about which events are in the future and
which have already occurred. It's not clear to me how Emily broke this
in the first place, but this fixes it at least.
